Located on Lush green scenic Campus, about 20 kilometers from Panipat Town on the Panipat Jind Hissar Highway, Bhagwan Parshuram college of Education Nara, Panipat is a Self-Financial College affiliated to Kurukshetra University, Kurukshetra aspiring to realize the dream of being “Center of Excellence”. The college has been constantly on ascending curve both qualitatively and quantitatively. A well planned Annual Almanac is maintained where in Academic and Co-curricular activities are organized in a balanced way giving equal weight age so as to contribute in harmonious development of the prospective teachers. After 3 years of its inception, it is matter of great pride and satisfaction that Bhagwan Parshuram college of Education for Women can proudly announce itself as the ‘Citadel of Learning, Enlightenment and Amelioration.’
Key Components Of The College Infrastructure:
The college has in its credit a well planned and well-constructed building which has provision for spacious, well-ventilated, well-lit, well-furnished and well-equipped Classrooms, Library, Multi-media Laboratory, Science Laboratory, Psychology Laboratory, Language Laboratory, Work Experience Room, Sports Room, Principal office, Administrative office, Auditorium, Seminar Hall, Staff Cabins, Canteen, Pantry, Common Room etc.
The key components of the college infrastructure are as follows:
(a) Library:
In past five years, the colour and complexion of library has undergone a great change. It is no longer a storehouse of knowledge but has become the repository of information which should be available to all anytime. The college library of Bhagwan Parshuram college of Education for Women, Ambala City is completely well-stocked, well-equipped and thoroughly computerized. Among the features of the present library are:

(b) Language Laboratory:
Language Laboratory occupies the most prominent place among the technological aids in language teaching. It is one of the recent innovations in the language teaching. To allow our students to keep up with the technology by sharpening and enhancing their language art abilities, Bhagwan Parshuram college has the language laboratory facility to enrich the communication skills of the students. We have included the Language Learning Material designed and complied by Central Institute of English and Foreign Languages (CIEFL), Hyderabad to engage the students in meaningful spoken English. These tools allow the students to engage in the learning process in a meaningful way that will aid them in attaining mastery over the linguistic skills that are necessary to increase students overall performance.

(c) Science Laboratory:

Science Laboratories are most essential in science education. Science cannot be taught effectively without testing, experimentation and demonstration of the scientific facts Science Laboratories are helpful in creating and promoting scientific attitude in the students. So, the Science Laboratory of Bhagwan Parshuram college is well-maintained and well-equipped with required apparatus, instruments, chemicals, specimens, models, and other materials for conducting experiments of Physics, Chemistry and Biology. Students are given practical training in scientific methods. The arrangement, setting and environment of the Lab encourages the students to perform experiments carefully in a congenial environment.
(d) Psychology Lab:

Psychology Lab is meant for testing and measurement of all psychological dimensions/ areas which are essential for successful implementation of all teaching-learning activities. The Psychology Laboratory of Bhagwan Parshuram college is well organized, well furnished and well-equipped with all the Standardized Verbal, Non-Verbal and Performance Psychological Tests for measuring the essential psychological aspects like Aptitude, Adjustment, Achievement, Creativity, Intelligence, Interest & Personality etc. Thus, Psychology Lab provides direction by giving training to the students for the measurement & testing of the essential attributes. This helps them to know their learners and plan their instructional programme accordingly.
(e) Work Experience Laboratory:

The college has a provision for Work Experience Laboratory to stimulate and nourish creativity among students under the skilful guidance of Fine Arts Faculty. The Work Experience Lab of the Bhagwan Parshuram college is well-furnished and well-maintained with adequate material like drawing boards, all types of colours, clay, wax, brushes, saw dust, coloured papers etc. for Work Experience Papers like Candle making, Clay Modelling, Drawing and Painting, Interior Decoration (As prescribed in the syllabus of Kurukshetra University , Kurukshetra and SCERT, Gurgaon).
(f) Computer Lab:
provides numerous computing facilities for its students, faculty and staff. Included in these facilities are two types of computer labs.

- There are 10 Cabins for the learners connected with the monitor head through inter communication system.
- Listening and speaking practice is given to the individual learners for Correct Pronunciation, Self Correction and Self Examination.
- Presentation of good models of speech based on the material designed and produced by CIEFL, Hyderabad.
- Superior Sound quality material transmission and Communication is affected through the headset or speakers and teacher can have a control over that.
- Broadcasting of sound source from C.Ds & Cassettes.
- Teachers’ Conversation with students for explaining via headset and speaker medium.
- Compulsory Spoken English groups for audio- lingual practice for the students.
- Open labs contain networked personal computers, printers, and other computer equipment that are available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
- Classroom labs are configured with six to eight feet wide display screens, computer projection systems, and a networked personal computer on every student desk. Scheduled classes have priority in classroom labs. A classroom lab may be utilized as an open lab when no class is in progress. Students and faculty working in a classroom lab when a class begins are required to leave unless invited by the professor to stay.
