Mission

`Each individual shall strive to seek the highest in all areas of endeavours, viz environmental, academies, physical, moral, social, cultural, spiritual, emotional, technological, economical, democratic etc. and become an ever improving Total Quality Person (TQP).’ The College has ascended the initial steps of its mission with the successful completion of the three sessions of B.Ed Course and the first session of J.B.T. Course.

In today’s modern and highly technological era , a teacher is no longer a torch bearer only but he acts as a sculptor , entertainer, coach, manager, friend, philosopher and guide who with his specialized knowledge, skills ,faculties and expertise undertakes curriculum construction, arouses the interest of students on the central issues of the subject, creates conducive environment, provides feedback, manages classroom tasks and responsibilities, broadens their horizons, changes perspective towards life and work, imbibes desirable values and equips them with necessary skills and strategies for better adjustment in their ever-changing highly mechanical society. Thus the role of 21st century teacher is more complex than before Instead of educating the young future citizens, they are to develop their Cognitive, Affective and Psychomotor domains and hence resulting in harmonious development of their personalities. Therefore, the main objective of the college is to train and produce dedicated, knowledgeable and sincere teachers to the profession so that they can guide the fate of young students the future of our country.
